Why do food companies use MSG

You might be wondering, why would food companies be using Monosodium Glutamate, MSG, in their products? The answer is plain and simple. Sales and Profits. Think about it. If you owned your own business making a product. A company came to you saying, "If you add our product to yours, it will cause people to become addicted and buy ten times more than they would without adding the product". There is a good chance that you would take them up on their deal. Why wouldn't all these foods companies want the same advantage. They do. That is why MSG is in our food. MSG tricks your body into thinking that what you are currently consuming; is nutritious, it's good for me, and it tastes really good. These feelings are cause by a chemical imbalance in your brain that the MSG triggers. You can literally mix a little dirt, some water, and MSG for a great tasting smoothie.

Lab Rats and MSG

Rats naturally are skinny animals. How do scientist get their "lab rats" to become so fat? The answer is Monosodium Glutamate, aka MSG. These scientist not only put MSG into their diets, they also inject them with the chemical to increase their levels of glutamic acid. This caused the male rats appetites to raise by 40% and the female rats to become obese. These female rats become nearly three times their original size.

Do you think this might be true for Us???

I DO.........

What is MSG?

Monosodium Glutamate, commonly known as MSG, is used in many regularly consumed food products. Most people are unaware that they are ingesting a chemical that "tricks" our brain into believing that what we are eating is tasteful and full of nutrients. MSG is a sodium salt that is used as a flavor enhancer or meat tenderizer. The process of isolating MSG takes place by the fermentation of carbohydrates. MSG was successfully isolated in 1907, and in its purest form looks like elongated salt crystals.

How This All Came To Be

Hello and welcome to MSGfinder.blogspot.com. This is a blog that will inform its readers about widely known facts of Monosodium Glutamate, also known as MSG, as well as the facts that most of you probably have yet to find out. My name is Thomas Bouchereau and I am currently 22 years of age. I have suffered from EXTREME migraine headaches since a very young age. Headaches that would literally put me out for a minimum of a day, sometimes lasting more than a week. This is due to vomiting, sensitivity to light, and nausea. It took 21 years for me to find the cause of these severe migraines. This was all caused by the consumption of Monosodium Glutamate. I have been researching ever since I became aware of my allergic reaction.
