This is a blog that will inform its readers about widely known facts of Monosodium Glutamate, also known as MSG, as well as the facts that most of you probably have yet to find out. My name is Thomas Bouchereau and I am currently 22 years of age. I have suffered from EXTREME migraine headaches since a very young age. Headaches that would literally put me out for a minimum of a day, sometimes lasting more than a week. This is due to vomiting, sensitivity to light, and nausea. It took 21 years for me to find the cause of these severe migraines. This was all caused by the consumption of Monosodium Glutamate. I have been researching ever since I became aware of my allergic reaction.
